Service rating : The advertisement gave us the impression that we would receive the screens much sooner, than when we actually got them. Because of that we had to reschedule an even later date of delivery, we had to travel. It would be better to know in advance how long the actual delivery will take.Product rating : The packing needs improvement! The screens arrived just ok. Some of the Bamboo parts were partially bent, even pushed out of their frame or they were sagging. Some hinge screws were also loose, would not grip anymore. Besides all that, they are nice screens
