When the first screen arrived damaged and I telephoned to report same I was met with politeness concern and apologies for the inconvenience. What was so refreshing was that the immediate attitude was "How can we put this right for you with minimal disruption", a breath of fresh air in this day and age. The problem was solved within a matter of days with courtesy and thought for the customer, who, lets face it is anonymous when the transaction is by email. I was very impressed.
