Too many flyers in the mail. Don't need them when I only buy better end reds.
The only comment I would make is that I hate the habot of the Society pursuing me with phone calls after hours, at weekends, at home in meetings, the car the toilet and on (yes) international aircraft. I love their excitement, but do find it a tad tedious!

The Wine Society always provide top service. Staff are friendly and show excellent product knowledge.
The wines are very good. service is great and they're not pushy.
No pressure to buy
Service is great however I have one problem on the odd occassion I do order on line and that is that it doesn't give me the option to spread payments.

Service rating : I signed up for an order originally, but after the order was confirmed I was told the wine was no longer available. I did not receive an apology until I expressed my concernProduct rating : The wine is adequate, but about 10 days after it was delivered I was rung up again by NZ Wine Society and told that some better wine was now available. The second call undermined the first call and made a mockery of the earlier advice.

Service rating : Got the introductory offer but got the wrong box. Phoned and correct box eventually received. Delivery is exceptionally slow and freight expensive. Hassled for more sales by phone at teatime while trying to enjoy the product. Too pushy, too slow, too much spin and publicity not supported by service.Product rating : Can't fault the product, the selection was great.
