Service rating : I just received my first order - vol. 1 & 2 of the Transatlantic Sessions, so I cannot say much. But as the service was okay, reliable, also the website with detailed info, even videos is interesting, I'll order the remaining volumes in the near future.Product rating : I had not known of these and am mesmerized. Are there other videos like this? I have not yet been able to search for videos on your site, but I'm interested in these.
Service rating : The service I received when I placed my order by phone was excellent. However I phoned my order in as the online ordering became difficult when I wanted to send the cd as a gift to someone else hence the phone call!Product rating : It was a gift but the recipient was very happy!
Service rating : The service from musicscotland was good, but the DVD was terrible. Vision and sound was more for the 19th. century and atrocious on modern TVs. I was VERY VERY disappointed on the whole DVD. Ashamed that this could be sent overseas to promote Scotland.Product rating : As I have said on the company and service section, I was completely amazed that such a poor quality (audio and vision) could be sent abroad to promote Scotland. If this is the quality I will not be sending for any other DVDs. I could not have been more upset over this as I just love Scotland. Something something should be done to fix this problem. A very disappointed Scot.
