Service rating : 'Music In Scotland' was not the first 'on-line' company I found that offered what I was looking for. However, it was the first to actually make it easy for me to download and happily pay for what is, to me, a vastly superior product compared with the other company, who stated I could buy and download my purchase and then refused to let me do so! Why? Because I do not live in Britain! That is why that company will never be visited by me again. And that is why I will shop at 'Music In Scotland' again.Product rating : Neil Gow is my great, (somewhere around 5 times back), uncle and I have long wished to find his music to be recorded and available for purchase. The fact that Pete Clark uses Neil's own violin/fiddle on this recording only increases the joy I experience when hearing examples of Neil's music!
The Arthur Spink CD arrived quickly, which was great. However, I ordered a CD by Bob McQuillen on 19th April, had an email on the 22nd to say it had been sent, and it has still not arrived (28th). It looks like a let down by Royal Mail.

Service rating : Thank you for your service. However, I would recommend a change in your style of packaging" the CD's, maybe they were packed too tight? Or need cushioning between each CD. Several CD casings were seriously cracked, and difficult to open. But, I seriously, and joyously, LOVE all the music!! Cannot wait to use it at our Scottish Family's 145th Reunion of the Kalloch's (Killough's) in August this summer. The dvd that i wanted and ordered was the one shown on the web site which was to replace a copy i had bought from another mail order catalogue some time back thinking i was ordering "the Whisky Trail " a different dvd to " On The Whisky Trail"
