Dissapointed with price of CD's though - all less than 30p, so for 45 CD's sold I had £12.08..better than continuing to gather dust, but some weren't even opended and of current artists. 20-May	Sales CD/DVD/Game		It was a month between you picking up my items and me receiving the cheque for them; I notice from feedback that you repeatedly tell other people you are working within guideline time limits but this is a long time! also, I do think you could give a better price for items - certainly for mine which were all in excellent condition. 30p per film DVD is rubbish! Unfortunately, since most of your clients are extremely hard up (they would not be selling DVDs otherwise) they have no option but to accept your poor offers. I'm hoping you will soon have some competition and will therefore offer better prices. Good marks for keeping people informed though - except for the week or so after your email telling me the "ink was drying on my cheque" and my actually receiving it. I preferred to see them going to be reused rather than into a landfill, so despite that minor gripe, it was still a good decision to sell them. I received emails after 2weeks to say items were being processed and almost a third of the quoted value was deducted. No reason explanation nothing! I personally checked all items and made sure even the boxes weren't cracked. The T's and C's clearly state they can't return or explain problems so you have little chance of getting details of why ? 09-May	Sales CD/DVD/Game		Prices weren't great, but then selling secondhand stuff never is, although price offered for a small number of my cds (by more unusual artisits) did surprise me (i.e I got a couple of quid per cd for some) compared to the usual chart-y stuff - all were about the same price when originally bought ! Time taken to process order and receive payment was slower than expected. Webcam scanner app didn't work on my (recent-ish) HP laptop. But, hey, I got a few quid for a pile of cds that were otherwise gathering dust, so can't complain too much. Another shipment made from this household did result in an issue where items were initially reported missing. We offered to call the Police (since the box we sent was very well taped up and if items had gone then they must have been removed en route) but, after another chase-up call the Happy Magpie decided to credit us with the full amount. Hmmm.... Generally, once 'managed' MM seems an okay alternative to Dusty Bin (which is where too much stuff goes because others often don't want it, sometimes even for free). Read more	No Comment

They took almost a month to sort out the funds, claimed that things were missing (they weren't as they were checked three times) and was asked to repack 3 times!!! (only repacked twice as refused 3rd time) Also, just to add more days to the process of sending payment they asked me to verify Bank Details twice in two weeks! I mean, am I really going to change my account and does it really take you 3 days to verify these details?? Customer services refused my order as delivered even though I had actual evidence that these were delievered but they could not understand this. I would not reccomensd this service to ANYONE that has half a brain cell. They pay you pittance for the CD's then claim that others are not in good order, then keep them?! AVOID AT ALL COSTS, PATHETIC, USELESS AND NO MORE BUSINESS SENSE THAN A PIKEY! There were more problems I could list but one thing that I know is that MM is not worth the service they offer - check the web and you will see others that have had a bad experience! Out of the 893 items you sent to us, just 16 were rejected for the following reasons: 1x 'Item not sent', 10x 'Damaged Artwork', 2x 'Non original' and 3x 'Missing disc'. The reason we asked you to verify your details twice is because there were two separate orders, this is for your own safety as money sent to the incorrect account cannot be retrieved. True the prices offered are minimal but the sheer convenience of packaging up just ONE parcel, having it collected from home, excellent communication at all stages of the transaction and only one item out of well over 100 rejected, all factors massively outweigh the hassle of trying to sell each item individually.
