The product I ordered was not delivered after 7 working days. Normally, good I order from other companies arrives in 3 working days. Your service department said I have to wait 14 working days before you would take any action. That is crazy. Fortunately I paid for the goods using a credit card and can apply for a charge back through them. I have not done this yet, but I am EXTREMELY unhappy with your "policy" of not taking any action until after 14 working days.
