As everything appeared to be done on computer I didn't feel there was as problem but she then said it changed total order as I would then have to pay for delivery. Felt this a bit much on such a small order so opted to collect. Read more	I would like to apologise for the service received from our store. She kept in contact with me at every stage of the purchase and I was very impressed with her commitment to the task. I thought the catalogue was very easy to follow but the changing prices and sales are a bit confusing. Product rating : I like the range very much as it fits into my Victorian house very well but also looks up-to date and would be just as appropriate for a modern property. Booking dates are normally booked and carried out within a reasonable timescale. Unfortunately on this particular occasion our technician was taken ill and alternative arrangements had to be made.
