Product arrived promptly. Returned as incorrect size. Did have to call to chase a refund which was then processed immediately.

Thanks so much!Product rating : Awesome harness - the L/XL fits both my male German Shepherds perfectly even though one dog is slightly smaller than the other (Medium was far too small). These harnesses feel very safe for two dogs that like to take their owners for a walk!! You can even lift them up with the handle!! - might come in handy up the hills. Well worth the money.

My dog is 70 cm long ang 63 cm around his widest part around his body. I ordered a size 65 ( after talking to a member of staff over the phone) and I had it on him the day after I got him. The jacket was at least 5-10 cm to long, and even on the minimum around his chest it was to big. When wet the jacket is very heavy, so my dog struggled to have it on. I have now bought a lighter cooling jacket that fits him nicely.

Service rating : The cost of having to keep sending it back .measureing a dog for a coat is not easy so if you get it wrong it does not end up being a cost effective choice sending it back as a recorded delivery cost £6.25 2ndclass and£6.75. 1st class let alone the cost of a registered so not cheap to keep sending back .Product rating : The coat was of good quality but it was all the messing around trying to get the wright size

Only gave them good due to item being a different colour from the one I ordered. Wanted blue got green. Didn't want to go through the trudge of sending it back! However will be ordering another one , lets see if they get that right.!
