Product rating : I've never used a soil tiller before and the experience was not unlike taking a large, unruly dog for a walk - with the exception that the dog looked like a froglet (remember The Clangers...?). The tiller was powerful and easy to use and far more effective on my clay and rooty soil than I'd anticipated. I foresee many happy hours ahead.

Service rating : After shopping around for suppliers of my chosen mower found Mower Magic to offer best price. ordering was easy and delivery speedy- they even informed me that id missed the first attempted delivery as I was out- altho I already knew this.Would recommend and give 5*
Product rating : As a fan of push mowers Ive had a few cheapys that dont last and quality got worse in recent years- shopped around for what I hoped would be a better quality one and I havnt been disappointed in the Alko soft touch. A doddle to assemble- sturdy and feels a quality product without being over heavy- altho only given it a quick test so far, cutting system seems to work brilliantly and is whisper quiet. Recommended.

Service rating : It took several days to come as it had to be ordered, it implied on the site it was in stock
Product rating : It was shown as the correct throttle cable for my strimmer but it was twice as long as it should have been so it required modification. I think it was made for a strimmer with throttle on a yolk as opposed to on the hand mount on the body.. So something is wrong somewhere.

Hi thanks for your feedback. The item was delivered to you in 7 working days. We do hope to be a little faster than that but on this occasion we were waiting for stock from Ryobi. The site did not specify that the item was in stock. If you had contacted us at the time to advise on the length problem we would have looked into it for you - perhaps there are variants.
