My first order, both pairs of trousers were 2" larger than the stated size. Your shop in Chelmsford had oversize trousers too so I had to take a refund and then re-order online as Chelmsford didn't have what I wanted. You then emailed me with a 20% off offer which was highly disappointing as all but extreme sizes were unavailable but were available to order outside the "offer". To class this as an "offer" is just misleading.

Although I think the delivery/shipping fee was too high (particularly for such a small, light-weight item).Product rating : My husband is very disappointed with his Bow Tie. We ordered it on-line from Australia, thinking Moss Bros were the arbiters of style in men's formal wear. This was a replacement bow tie for one he bought in London 25 years ago. Your quality has diminished. Also, the location of the tag on this bow tie means it cannot be worn with a butterfly collar!! Which of course, is the type of shirt it was to be worn with. I bought a Bow Tie from you 22 years ago, the quality of which would have been a family heir-loom. However the quality of the tie I received, is no better than the shoddy merchandise that I could have gotten in any store in Australia. Due to the manufacture of the hooking mechanism it is not appropriate for shirts with "butterfly" collars. And would be more suited if I was working as a waiter. Service rating : I shop all the time most u.k clothing company. My experience with moss was not pleasant. When I spoke with ups to explain why I was accessed a brockage fee, they said " it all depends on how it was shipped by the sender to the recipient" . When I spoke with a rep from moss, I was told "American customs does access brokerage fee on certain items" the irony of this is that, No other purchase I have made in the uk has been accessed a brokerage fee. I just purchase $576 worth of clothing from Hawes & Curtis for the first time and was never accessed a brokerage fee. That's why I believed what ups said. What made me very displeased was that , I wad told by the rep that he would contact me after investigating the issue. But never did until I called to speak with him when he told me a brokerage fee was accessed by the American customs. I shop with TM lewin, Charles tywhitt, m&s, next and now h&c. I have ' never ' been accessed this fee. I love moss clothing and love to shop with you guys but can't for fear to be accessed a fee.Product rating : I have not tried it because when the item finally arrived the dinner party for which I ordered it was already past. But the suit looks good.
Very good! I bought 4 suits, tried them on and kept my favourites. The fuss-free returns are fantastic!
