véry easy to book as allways
I always use Monarch, it's a good website, easy to use and clear. The pricing is competitive and all the extras are displayed in the final price.

Is the required rating required for the booking in process? Or is is for the whole process of booking to return to the departing airport?
A customer satisfaction rating should be asked for after the process has been completed.
When travelling with children the lead passenger should have a note against it to say this is the person in charge of the child. as we filled in the form twice before realizing this. I thought the lead passenger was the bill payer.
Website easy to use
Did not receive a confirmation on the website after payment. The only confirmation was via email.
i love Monarch but had problems booking online, so rang the help line and booked with them, they also could not book in flight meals and promised to ring back in a few hours to book the meals and diddnt, not upto the usual standards and will loose customers if this continues, as on last flight i booked meal and didnt recieve and now have to go through claiming it back, not impressed and may as well fly with the cheaper airlines if this is the service we are going to get!

Trouble free process from start to finish
Seems to be a lot more difficult to pre book seats now, which is a shame. It looks to me likes its only included in the complete essentials package - crafty and not welcome.
booking experience ok, pricing strategy erratic
the score should have been excellent but the boarding procedure at the gate is an absolute farce, no passenger management at all, it's just end's up as a free for all ! priority boarding what a joke, why would anybody in their right minds pay £5.00 to get involved in a rugby scrum to get to the front. When on board the cabin crew, flight and service etc is excellent but you are constantly let down by the boarding procedure here and in spain. please note this is not a one off moan it repeats itself over and over again, please don't take this the wrong way but after your usual "we will pass this onto the relevant department" could you drop me a line and tell me what if anything your going to do about it.

we usually fly with you every May but your prices were much to high for us to fly both ways so we are retuning with Easyjet also you did not have the flight days availble for our return
Used my iPad to try and book and then found out it would not complete so had to start from scratch on my laptop. Annoying to say the least

It would be useful to know what the baggage cost are for an ordinary flight before upgrading.
When booking seats it would be useful to be able to cancel a seat booking, the only way I managed to do this was to go back in the browser then forward again.
