When Monarch are within my price range, I use their services. Monarch is my first choice. Unfortunately, I travel to my holiday home in Spain 6-8 times a year and have to suffer cheaper airlines.
Booking process was easy to follow.
Luggage policy is very vague and confusing I worried I'l have to pay a lot on my day of travel.
very easy to use shame the voucher code dosnt work, also think about agreeing with Tesco that maybe flight extras could be paid for with clubcard vouchers think your missing a trick here.
Nothing to say - all I did was book a flight and making me write in a comments box will never give a happy outcome to those reading the survey. You have now pee'd me off by making something which should have taken no time at all intrude into my day - this is NOT the way to get good survey results. DO NOT ask me to do any survey on my return. I am perfectly capable of making my views known to any provider without being sent a Mickey Mouse survey which demands comments - this is pathetic!
The system to book is easy to use but doesn't give you options for each passenger your booking. I didn't bed extra luggage for all four passengers but had no option but to pay for it. This is poor.

Easy to navigate - have now reserved several flights
Booking was simple and easy, and i did have probles with my pc, i rang Monarch direct to ask if they had received my booking and payment, got though in seconds and a very pleasant lady confired my booking straight away, and re-sent my confirmation. Very happy and will definitely book with them again.
Easy online booking process with option to add bundled extras at a discount. Would have been useful if prices of each individual 'extra' was shown in the basic flight only option (eg check-in bags) st the start to compare price rather than having to partially complete the booking form to get to the check-in baggage section, as the bundled options can work out to be a better deal.

Don't like all the added extras on the page when just wanted to book a seat. However the process of booking was smooth and quickly completed. Would have been useful to have hand luggage allowances detailed up front. Thanks.
Booked flights for next October at a brilliant price
Good price but I could not find out how to book for more than 1 passenger. So had to book and pay separately. Very tiresome indeed.

Great website, Monarch are my airline of choice. Would comment about choosing seating though.....it doesn't worry me to leave this until 24 hours before flight, but I always get caught out , fill in details and would then be charged. Think there's small print really....looks as though you MUST choose and pay for seat until you scroll back and look again?
Unusually fly easyjet for short European flights so this WA a new experience for me.
Very impressed with the customer service after I'd forgotten to change the gender on my booking. Resolved within hours of emailing them.
Flight price very reasonable. The cost of a pre booked seat that I can get my legs into (£20) and priority boarding (£5 not paid) pushed it up by almost another 30% though which I think is far too expensive.
We fret and worry that Monarch - SO important to us for present and future flights - is pushing so hard for people to book flights. Makes us think that maybe they are desperate for customers, and that would not be good. We didn't travel in August because to do so would have consumed more money than we normally spend in 4 months of travel. Surely there has to be a way to award reasonably priced tickets to customers like us, who travel every month. We tried to use our "free" flights but this year, unlike previous years we were told that, sadly those type of ticket were not available. Nonsense of course. Look after your loyal customers!
