Great service. Rang to get a particular boot size. Sourced from qld and delivered within 48 hrs. Didnt fit, sent back same day and requested new size. Another 48 hr turnaround. Only thing being ws not supplied a return bag and auspost code to returnif needed second time round.

Service rating : This is a very timely survey as I have had to return my faulty product and have received no response.
Product rating : I have had to return this product as the boots developed a gaping (over 5cm) hole between the upper and sole after only 2 wears. I have not yet received any response, let alone a replacement. I will be very disappointed if this is not resolved satisfactorily as I loved my boots - they were perfect for my needs and very comfortable.

Service rating : Extremely efficient and well-organised in every aspect of the process from ordering and payment to delivery and provision for exchange and return. The system is very user-friendly and I get the impression that the company is wanting to please its customers and encourage them to shop online. Living in WA means that we have very limited stock of Mollini, so online is the way to go. I will definitey continue doing so.
Product rating : Unfortunately, the sandal was not right for my foot shape; this is to be expected in the scheme of things, so I returned the shoe for a refund. The leather and colour were beautiful, exactly as presented in the image.

Service rating : I have always found Mollini to be good quality but wish they came in half sizes.
Product rating : I am normally a size 40 in Mollini shoes, but for this particular style the size 40 was too small and the 41 too big. Really wish they came in half sizes and I would have also bought other colours!
