Service rating : I found a rug cheaper online so called Modern Rugs to see if they really would match the price and give me £5 off the price. True enough they did, and the service was very professional. Rug arrived within 7 days which was good given that I had just ordered it 2 days before the bank holiday.Product rating : Unfortunately I am waiting to buy a carpet cleaner to shampoo my wall to wall carpeting before I unwrap my new rug. But I'm sure it will be beautiful because I thoroughly researched it on every possible website that has photos.
Service rating : Took over 1 week for delivery which was advised but still think it was longer than most companies.Product rating : Colour and design is exactly what I wanted however the rug casts heavily, I have had rugs before that cast but this one covers you head to toe in fluff and is on every bit of furniture! Apparently it takes a few months for the casting to calm down, if it doesn't I will probably return.16-May-2013Service rating : I appreciate that because it is 100% wool pile that I will have shedding, however it just seems like it is non stop casting, I have a 13 month old son who crawls on it and he is covered, we cannot wear dark colours near it at the moment, as I said I am quite happy to leave it for another month or so to see if it calms down as I do really like the look and feel of the rug.Product rating : As I have said before.

Service rating : Brilliant and fast service. I rang the company because I changed my mind on a certain product. The phone was answered immediately, the lady answered the questions I had on the product I had ordered and the product I was going to change it to. After listening to her I decided to stay with the original product which arrived 3 days after ordering.Product rating : This rug is amazing, I love it, I have had it about 2 weeks now, and it has not shed as others have said it would (which I was a little worried about). It is very soft and lovely to walk on in bare feet. Have had many compliments. After ordering this rug I saw the more expensive Blizzard Ivory Rug at £169 but was told they are basically the same, its just because different makers/designers charge slightly different prices. After un-rolling it it laid flat 1st time and looked lovely. The hairs/fur/thread lay in all directions just like I wanted. Truly, you will not be sorry you bought this rug. I would certainly buy from the company again. It has been a pleasure dealing with them.
