As like many others we do not read our e-mails every day, but always check the phone for messages when we arrive home As it was we had only just arrived home when it was delivered, shear luck as we had intended to visit a friend who happened to be out as they were delayed by traffic.

I found the website easy to use and thought the rug videos were a great way of showing what kind of rug and depth of pile to expect.
