Despite being shown as available on the website, and money deducted from my account, the product wasn't actually in stock. To compound matters, the email that was then sent to inform me of the situation never reached me nor was my money refunded - only when I contacted Modelzone to query the non-arrival of the order did the problem come to light. Subsequent to this, the website kept changing as to whether the product was available or not, despite the fact that the there was no chance of the warehouse receiving further supplies.

Good product range and easy to use website. I preferred the previous delivery service. The current one ties you down to being in your house at specific times, whereas before, if you missed the delivery it went to a post office depot nearby which was easy to reach.
