organisation was excellent. As stated in my letter to you following our tour there needs to be a clear statement on the website that the hotels are not to the recognised deluxe or sup first class as this was the main problem/complaint for us and the rest of the tour participants..

|Tour was fine but the standard of a lot of the hotels was poor and in some cases really bad. This is probably because insight will be aware that people are unlikely to repeat such tours. If they are concerned with quality they would restrict the numbers being booked whil;st putting pressure on the hotels to improve standards. Comments from the guide that there are not many really good hotels for the numbers going to the area is not acceptable.|
