Hi there, it was a great experience! 130% GREAT EXPERIENCE! my friend and i was in Sentosa for a staycation and have decided to try MZ as we have never tried it. There was this particular caucasian guy (manager or something at that level), he drove the buggy and sent us up to the top, he was very polite, ultra friendly and absolutely gorgeous. Sentosa and MZ should be honoured to have such an employee like him! Thanks Tayrius

Safety is paramount. Thrill comes second. Megazip delivers on both counts.
Service by the staff was excellent, from the moment we were greeted to the last person whom we spoke to regarding the photos.
Megazip is fun! But the price is a bit expensive.. If $38 is for two rounds, it will be better :)

the experience I have is really great. but the only thing i think is not perfect is about the bicycle ridding activity. there is only one spot we can borrow bikes, that means we have to ride the whole round and come back to this place. if there is another spot near the exit of the island, we can use the bikes as a transportation ,so the bikes would be more useful. i'm sure there will be more people enjoy bike ridding. besides, the price of the tickets are a little bit high, would you please consider of cutting the prize down. i know it's impossible ,but i just want you to know it's a little bit high. wish you a nice day!

My experience was so much fun with the zip. I overcome my fear of heights.. I would definitely wanted to experience it again.
The experience is really thrilling. The pricing is fine . But I do disagree on the pricing of the photographs. They are actually priced more than the rides themselves...
short, expensive, very unimpressive compared to ziplines in thailand, Mexico, St. Kitts and canada
My experience of the Megazip can be summed up by two words - Absolutely awesome! Both myself and my wife loved it so much we went again a few days later during our stay and also brought two further relations of mine (who also said it was amazing). I would like to offer one piece of advice, It would be worthwhile hiring someone who can talk Japanese as on both visits your employees were struggling to discuss the health & safety guidelines as certain visitors didn't understand the instructions and made life some what difficult. Given the type of experience this is, being able to give out clear instructions is paramount.
Hi Just a small idea. Opening times need to be at bottom of hill entrances not when you get to the top. We entered from Siloso Beach Resort side and walked to the top. Ride too quick. Thanks Phil
