Friendly, FUN staff, great experience...!
i played megabounce and megazip, both are the most best adventure i have ever been on. megabounce is not scary but you need a bit of skill to do stunts.

The ride was fun and exciting because it was my first time to do a zip line ride like that. Especially the landing spot was in the beach area. I wanted to do a zip line ride again but the price was to high for us. I don't see any problem on the rides but maybe if you can do something about the price. That is all. Good day.
It was good fun, I thought it was a bit expensive for a short ride.
Great service. Kids and adults had a great time. As some of us were on the ground watching, we had asked if we could get notice of when the kids were coming. The staff went out of their way to ensure we were aware the kids were coming next. Thank you!!!

For the first time i did something very exiting and fascinating as the mega zip. The feeling was out of the world. The view from such a height was breath taking. Sentosa island,Singapore couldnt have looked better than view i got from mega zip.The service was good. Our things were taken care of. My family loved it.
I decided that I went to MegaZip since before having gone to Singapore. We had such a good time. Things couldn't be better.
Megazip is so marvelous that I hope to play it again and again. Also the staffs are very kind, friendly and energetic. I hope to bring my family and enjoy Megazip in the future. I love MEGAZIP

Mega Zip/Canopy course was the most intensive work out before taking a refreshing line to the beach. I loved it!
I thought that the price was really waaaaayyy overpriced. For a 2-3 minutes right, $38 is way too much. I wouldn't have went if I knew it was going to be that short. The experience was good, it was okay but I really didn't feel like $38 for 2-3 mins of fun was worth it at all.

My husband and 2 grown up kids had a wonderful time at Megazip. The local staff were very helpful, cheerful, caring and encouraging. My husband was unwell while he was attempting the high elements, he felt dizzy and vomitted. The staff were very helpful by assisting him back to base as he was unable to complete the course. My 19 year old daughter actually cried when she tried to attempt the leap of faith and the staff was very encouraging and patient. Despite all that, we were all exhilarated with the experience and I would highly recommend my friends to have a go. It is indeed time and money well spent for a memorable day! I would like to suggest that cold water be provided at the different stations as you know that Singapore can be very hot and humid. I am glad that you have requested for my feedback as I wanted to write in to commend your staff at Megazip and also to lodge a complaint against the driver of the buggy. Our wonderful outing would have been perfect if not for the Philipino buggy driver who was extremely rude. His behavior leaves a sour taste. I hope that the management would look into this as it reflects badly on the service level of Singapore!

fun! service was prompt. we arrived, and within minutes, were on our way to the stations. as the weather was quite hot, the staffs there gave us bottled water, and reminded us to hydrate ourselves. safety-wise, no worries at all! everything felt secure! only complaint would be that the megazip ride (flying fox?) was too short :P keep up the great work!
Had a totally wonderful experience. would recommend the adventure to everyone. real adrenaline rush. Staff all very welcoming and made the ride fun and enjoyable. would have gone again if time had permitted.
This was a wonderful experience! My boyfriend and I went twice!! The people working there were very helpful and fun to be around! Will go again as soon as we get the chance!

The experience was enjoyable! The staff were friendly and am pleasantly surprise when I found out that there is a cooler of chilled water for the participants. It seems the staff strength is a little short-handed though and the activities seems a little on the pricey side too.
My boyfriend and I visited Sentosa on our last visit to Singapore on Septemer 2012, and although I had wanted to do the MegaZip we didn't get around to it, so it was a priority on our visit this year in May! We both thoroughly enjoyed the thrill; my boyfriend has fear of heights but overcame it for the fun. The view is spectacular, and the staff were friendly, helpful and happy! Thank you!

The crew is friendly and energetic. This makes the entire trip more pleasant and at the end of the day- one is at Megazip to have a good time. Don't think anyone would be disappointed!
We visited on a quiet day, so the kids were able to choose what order they dis their activities in, instructors helpful and fun as always

Everything is perfect. Especially if u have a Birthday. Free ticket for everything;) Only minus: when u have megazip on the rope - u have quite big discumfort when u stops in the end of the route. It's jerking ur mans zone... ;) but in common - it's ok)
Fantastic zipline - not long enough though! Have done both a tandem and single on this zip line.

Megazip was super duper fun and the megazip in charged people were really great and funny.
My seven year old daughter did the first two levels of ClimbMax and it was a truly fantastic experience for her. The design and quality of the facility, the friendliness and attitude of the staff and comprehensive approach to safety were all fantastic and we will definitely return when we are next in Sentosa.

it is expensiveof course! but than so is everything in sg! if it is about 30-40% cheaper for the first jump, i think you can get repeat customers! but other than that, it was an amazing experience:)

All staff were very accommodating and extremely helpful. As we were there for our honeymoon and my birthday, my husband and I were given an extra ride free of charge which was a fantastic surprise. Would recommend MegaZip to everyone and anyone going to Singapore!!!

Sentosa island is extremely hot & humid and worst is the long walk to Megazip and even worst was the experience of climbing 4-5stairs - we had exhausted all our stamina n enthusiam by then, moreover none of our pics had our face showing therefore it would be nice to get camera fixed at different angles - right from the start to the exit! Again the walk from the exit point to the entry point was too tiring esp. when its extremely hot!! If this improvements are take care of then the ride will be worth a second try.

In general, it is somewhere between good and poor. I felt that it is way too expensive. I understand that it could be probably , it is meant for the tourist to spent their bucks here. But as a full time student, i find it way too expensive, hence, i only get to try 1 single try of the megazip. I think promotion should be in place for student so that more people will be willing to try and then share with their families so as to continue to attract more people. However, If price is so high. then it should not be limited to just 1 try, which is less than 2 mins from the top to down. i would say, its fun, but i will definitely not try it again as it it too overprice. Hope you will revise your pricing model soon.16-Jun-2013Dear Steve, Thanks for your response. It it always easy to say that safety do not comes cheap, hence, is it assumed that the more expensive it is, the higher the safety level? A wild wild wet ticket costing $19 is definitely not half as safety as megazip if thats the case. Instead of telling us safety is not cheap, perhaps you may want to be more transparent on the cost which as you mentioned, is not cheap. I believe, public like me will definitely appreciate that if its justifiable. I am not saying that you MUST reduce the price, an alternative could be, to offer multiple rides. During the time i went, the buggy car which took us up only has 2 person on board. excluding the driver, which is me and my friend. and guess what.. when we reach the top.. we are the FIRST with no Queue at all. All i can see is your employee happily chit chatting. So instead of paying your employees to chit chat there, why not make your customer happier by offering 1 more ride. Of course i am not saying that your employees cannot chit chat, i am just suggesting that perhaps, you could utilize your resources. Thank you.
We loved the zip line.Lots of fun and friendly staff. I think we should get two turns at it for the price we paid. I realise you could have another turn for $15 but for a family of 4 that is another $60 on top of what we had already paid! Also if the photos were cheaper you would probably sell more!
I enjoyed it. I wish there was a second robe as a back up holding me to the cable. Extra precaution! Give it try. It is fun

I thought it was fantastic. The workers were great it was an excellent experience.
Excellent facility for teambuilding. I enjoy most of it. The place seems like hole in the mountain. We need to track our way up. Also the safety is a concern for those carrying big camera trying to clear the rope obstacles. It was a great experience and I find the staff were friendly and helpful.

Exciting for the first 100 to 200m. Worth doing once but somewhat overpriced for what it offers.
we had a good time & adventure. the course was challenged our skills & strength. probably to make it more interesting, the course can be designed to actually weave thru the forest & set among the trees.
The choice of location is good which let you passed by a little forest and sandbay and to the island and the staff are nice.

The instructions were very clear. Staff were extremely friendly and eager to help. It gave us the impression that they were well trained and highly motivated to ensure that their customers had a great experiwnce. My children had a fantastic time.
