staff should ensure bags for valuables are properly closed as mine fell out onto beach lucky honest people about found them and gave them back

I am very sorry about your valuables not being properly secured in the given bag. We listen to all guests feedback and as a result, we are currently upgrading the bags to an over the shoulder style bag which will mitigate this issue in future.
Next time you come and see us, you will notice different style bags.
