My order arrived in good time but there were some items missing. They only charged me for the items that were delivered of course but as I hadnt printed my original order I didnt know what was missing and when I called them they couldnt tell me what was on my original order. A bit frustating but not entirely their fault I guess. I will print my order in future - yes I will be using them again.

I have always found M&M's service excellent although one criticism would be their returns service. Despite prepaying a label and checking the returns website the collections points are out of date and there are none in my area.
