I think you need to up date your collection points,as the one in Atherton is no longer a shop...... so I have to use royal mail,as I do not have transport to get out of Atherton,although I purchased a returns label...

The item arrived with the stitching coming away at the seam so we had to return this which was disappointing but these things happen!!
