Very dissapointed as Jeans have had to be returned as faulty. The leg ripped when trying on very poor quality.

I am sorry to hear that these weren't suitable. We aim to check all stock for quality control before it's sent out, so I apologise that this slipped through the net.
It doesn't look like your returns have been processed yet - when they are, we'll email you to let you know. Please allow 14 days from the day you returned them for your returns to be processed and to be in receipt of your refund or exchange.
