Delivery was very very poor I waited in all day and had a email sent to me by saying that i refused them at the door and didn't want the items how could I refuse them when no one came ? I phoned up m and m straight away and told them they was going to re send them then they did turn up at last a delivery driver turned up in a old astra car that looked very unprofessional being delivered like that but at least I got the order i also lost a days money waiting for the items when they didn't show I run a business I'm just glad I don't run it as bad as your company I would be losing orders

I'm sorry to hear about the problems with this delivery. This isn't the usual high standard of delivery that we're used to seeing from our couriers, and I do apologise for any inconvenience caused.
