sent two right feet and have never recieved the shoes back and had to pay 2.95 to do so ,,,,, so not happy again and i dont think i will use this site again as i have lost out on a pair of shoes and 2.95 delievery when it shud of been free.....

These arrived with excess glue all over material and looked bad from day 1 stay to far away from Post Office to send them back so gave little man them to muck about in. Would not recommend these.

Service rating : I stated that i gave the shoes to my little man to play outside in as there was far to much glue on them and had also gone on material, i am severe disabled and have only an electric scooter to get about on and shop online as i am to sick to go out.
Would have thought your items were checked before they left warehouse had they been we would not have recieved such poor quality shoes.
Product rating : Must be honest and say i have shopped with mandm direct for a long time and this is first item and hopefully last that arrives in this condition

The only problem I had was the company u use for delivery only deliver mon-fri to 5 o'clock, this isn't very continent considering I'm at work during this time, I had to go out of my way to go and meet the delivery man to ensure the products were not sent back to u, for this reason I won't be ordering from your company again, as I couldn't be guaranteed the products would get delivered
