I have used yourselves before on several occasions and the service was very good ,this time it took about 6 days for delivery ,while at the same time i placed a order with sports direct and it arrived the next day with no surcharge,also the cargo shorts are very poor quality

the packaging has become a grave concern though - with crushed/damaged ie boxes (footwear). VERY disappointing if meant for presents. damaged parcels, torn the last having a' many holes with one bigger than a man's fist! Hope you get this sorted guys, as it is putting me off purchasing items wanted for presents now.

I like MandMDirect mostly as I like value for money. I can't rate it excellent though as I feel the sizing guides waste a lot of my time, ordering and then returning clothes. I am in every shop a size 12-14, so I order an L which = size 14 (should be on the large size) they are too tight. I know I am not a size 16 as I have measured my waist.

the only bad point is your Hermes courier service i wasn't in the 1st time and they left me a card with no contact details or phone number to advise a suitable time, 2nd time the same so for the final attempt I left a note to say please leave a contact number. this time my order was left secure place and a note put though my door saying that the courier had lost his phone (not a good thing if you re a courier).
You have alot of items I would like to purchase but due to your courier service I very much doubt I would purchase anything from you again unless you had a more reliable courier.
