Mader in Pakistan buttons come off and very poor quality material

We are happy to accept items back under our ‘No Quibbles’ return policy; all we ask is that the items are unworn and returned within 28 days of receipt.

As per previous correspondance I wasnt aware the item had been worn.
We do accept returns on worn items out of the 28 day return policy if they are deemed faulty.Please return it to us for our Returns Manager to inspect, stating if you would like a replacement or refund.
If you have mislaid the invoice, please enclose a covering letter with your returns, detailing your name and full address, together with the action you wish us to take (refund or replacement) and we will help you as quickly as possible.
