I have 3 missing items in my orders. I have e mailed customer service several times already and until now I don't know what's happening if I'm going to receive this 3 items as I have paid for them or not and it's been almost a month now. Among the 9 invoices I have received, 4 of them have discrepancies. The one who counts the item before dispatching miscounted the actual number of item described in the invoice. The staff who is doing the final check before dispatching should be very careful to prevent this things from happening especially with bulk orders like this. On the other hand, i like all the products. Many thanks.

I am sorry this item didn't fit as you expected. All items are checked before sale which includes a size check, I can only assume this one may have slipped through the net. Please return them for an exchange or full refund noting the size issue and we will inspect them thoroughly and if they are found to be incorrectly sized we will also refund any postage paid to send them back.
