I returned my item over 2 weeks ago and have heard nothing back from them yet, just had to email them so we will see if the issue is resolved.

I'm very sorry to hear that you have had this issue with the sizing. We do aim to provide as much information as possible for each item, including the sizing details that have been forwarded to us from the supplier. As yet we have not recieved your return. Please allow up to 14 days for the returns process to fully complete.
