All products great, taking delivery of my purchcases not so easy!!
this is the second time ive had a problem. Last time parcel just didnt arrive, although when I tracked it I had apparently recieved it, this time I was out when delivery was attempted,and it 'wasnt safe to leave it' i phoned to arrange another delivery to an address closeby which was guaranteed someone would be able to sign for it, this was agreed but nothing was delivered, when i rang again i was told that he couldnt find the address but it will be delivered the next day, when returning from work the nextday the parcel was found outside MY front door(the original 'not safe to be left' location), behind the bin!! if that is considered a safe place then i could have recieved my products 2 days before, a bit frustrating and unfortuately is putting me off using this catalogue which is a big shame.
