To be honest, I never heard of M and M Direct before I found it online by accident.
I saw some of the big name brands for cheaper prices then usual, so I asked my friends if they've heard of M and M. They told me its a great site and they keep you up to date with deliveries.
I was in real need of particular football boot and I went onto M and M and saw they had it, however the price of it at first was a bit shocking but then two days later there was a sale on the football boot and no other website had that particular football boot at the reasonable price that M and M did.
I was let down by other big name stores with their bank breaking prices, and their minor mistakes which could mean a lot to the customer.
The delivery and the track system is spot on, other companies should use it.
Overall i'm happy with M and M but some of the prices need to be lowered to attract more people.
