the delivery was a problem because i paid the 6.99 fee and exoectec it to arrive on saturday kast week when it didnt i was advised it would arrive between 10am and 11am on monday this was not acceptewable ND I REARRANGED THE TIMES for tuesday hoping for the same time but was told tuesday wd be between 8am and 4pm i therfore wenbt out at lkunch time and they arived at 3,30pm they keft a card sayinf that i had ot collect the itemfrom the depot at crossgreen. i raNG THE DEPOT TO CONFIMR TAHT I WD COLLECT THE ITEM ON WEDNESDAY FROM THE CROSS GREEN DEPOT UNFORTUNATLEY I GOT A YOUNG LADY WHI WANTED TO BE AT HOME AND WAS QUITE UN COPERATIVE AND JUST TOLD ME TO GOOGLE THE DEPOT TO FIND OUT WHERE IT WAS. i found out and went at 12 15 pm on wednesday to be tolkd thaT IT WAS TO BE DELIVERED AT 1,07 TO 2.07 TODAY WEDNESDAY BY THE VAN AGIAN I ADVISED HIM I HAD MADE THE ARRAngments to collect the item but he said it was already on the van and i needed to get home fast to sign for the item. i tild him about the conversation i had the previous day with the young lady and he said he wd speak to her?????? what a waste of time that will be. i came home and waited and the item was delivered at 1.15 pm thank you verymuch/
