The on line ordering, the products and the customer service are excellent. However your courier service needs looking at. On the Hermes tracking page, my delivery said it had failed twice.... we had been in on both occassions mentioned and indeed so had my neighbours who were my back up plan. No card had been left and I truly believe that there had been no attempt to deliver on these occassions. When I received the delivery, the polite young girl, when asked, said this was her first time of calling here although she said there may have been a delay as the person who was meant to deliver was ill. Who knows? But it is wrong to let a customer think that there has been an attempted delivery when clearly there has been no such thing.
