The service from Mandm Direct was very good and the offer of the full years next day delivery and returns service for £14.99 is great. Unfortunately even though I left instructions for where to leave the goods on the section in the web page if I was out, the driver failed to follow the instructions, meaning I didn't get my delivery until the day after it was due to me!! Also I do not drive and unfortunately the returns procedure means that I will now have to pay at the post office (even though I qualify for free returns under the £14.99 deal) as I am not anywhere near a store that accepts returns. Why can I not return at my local post office free of charge using the returns label supplied? Other than this the choice and service from your company is great and if you could sort the returns procedure it would be excellent.
