I have e mailed customer service several times already and until now I don't know what's happening if I'm going to receive this 3 items as I have paid for them or not and it's been almost a month now. Among the 9 invoices I have received, 4 of them have discrepancies. The one who counts the item before dispatching miscounted the actual number of item described in the invoice. The staff who is doing the final check before dispatching should be very careful to prevent this things from happening especially with bulk orders like this.
