Part of my order was damaged in transit through no fault of Makro. A quick call to their call centre resulted in a replacement without any quibbling and was received the following day.
A budget range which is easily assembled . I would not order items to be delivered in 28 days again although on this occasion it was less. The web site must highlight clearly that a bank holiday during this period considerably extends this period.

Delivery charge very expensive and the courier you use gives a delivery window of 7.30- 9pm,not very helpful if you work and even when I spoke to their office was told its a light day so will be with you in the next hour.It actually arrived 21/2 hrs later.If Im paying £6 for the benefit of delivery I dont expect to be told if Im not in the next time, my parcel will be returned to sender.

I had to keep calling customer services to find out the delivery date. I was told the delivery people would contact me but that never happened. I rang customer services 5 times and I never heard from them either. Delivery turned up unexpected and was very close to being missed.
