The transaction went well and in few minutes I've had all the tools I needed to begin to work. It has been simple and convenient to buy the code for Final draft8 on MovieSoft but I couldn't do the download of Final Draft software on your site for an unknown reason. I've went on the Final draft site to download it.

Not always possible to speak to someone via email and/or phone; so advice not always available when needed. But friendly and helpful manner when eventually it did happen. Could be better. Makes me wonder if contact details are correct as I noted a number in Ireland when package received... I wasn't ringing Ireland so may be contradictory numbers on-line!?

It was all great. The usual 'user interface' things apply: ie in download instructions, that last, crucial move ro get thinkgs working, such rebooting machine are not mentioned. When I got the proper verification code, an easy, step by step guide for first time users (quick reference as Malcolm Gladwell would say) would saved much time and unnecessarily downloading 4 or 5 more versions of programme. Get a novice to try it and find out where communication bridges needed.04-Sep-2012Could the final price be presented with VAT added, as VAT adds quite a chunk and allows users to compare. I often walk away when VAT is only added at checkout.
