I would like to give excellent, but I have not received hard copy goods yet, only the download - and getting that was a source of frustration, and has put me off from buying a download version of anything in the future. I eventually received an e-mail from you to say the fault lay with your server, which had gone down. It would have helped if an error message had been set up to say your server was unavailable. Not a good start.

Service rating : I am extremely disappointed in screenwriter 6 - purchased in good faith as your latest version - as I have not received what I have paid for, namely, the version 6 does not provide the Thesaurus, which as a writer I use daily and am lost without it. I was told that I couldn't have the Thesaurus because I was using an iMac with OSX Lion platform - I was told this AFTER I had spent £139.00 with you! To date, you have done nothing to rectify this problem, and I formally ask for my money back.

Movie Magic Screenwriter 6 | I've tried the software and found that it does not have the Thesaurus feature which I use quite a lot. Therefore, I'm still using my old Final Draft and wondering why I have changed to your software, which is not cheap, when such a basic facility is not available. If it doesn't work on my new mac now, what's going to happen when Apple upgrade my Mac in a few weeks time? It is unusual for me to be so negative with my comments, but my experience with your download software hasn't been a happy one so far. Will things get better when I receive the hard copies? |
