I had to enquire about my order by phone one full week after my order had been placed. I was informed that because of the takeover of the company a backload of orders had been built up. However There was no mention of this when the order was accepted. The seed did turn up on the same night on the day on which I had complained and on the bag the ticket stated that the seed had been dispatched on the day after the order was placed. Seems convenient to me.

Apologies for the service you received in placing your last order. At the time of your order the we had recently taken over the Company and had been left with a few problems that we had not expected. Also the warehouse was relocated to the Northwest and new systems had been put in place. This however, does not excuse the service you received. We did have a back log of orders that we had to ship out due to the previous Company taking customers orders and payments and failing to fulfil their orders. I can now reassure you that should you wish to use our services in the future you will receive the excellent customer service that you are used to receiving.
