very pleased with the products, however the transaction was not easy:
1. i never received an email confirming the ayment or telling details of delivery
2. sent an email through the Contact us tab on web oage asking sbout my order but i nrver received a response
3. finally found the telephone number and at first they could not find my order, have to stay at home to wait for them to call me back. I never received emails regarding the payment or delivery.
