Fast delivery good service! Also got to say these bottles are very good i even have a baby with a cleft lip and after struggling for two months with vital baby nutrure bottles (who gave discount to baby with clefts) I tried these bottles and they are amazing for my baby gets proper suction the lot. Made feeding times for baby and me a much nicer time which is good as he loves his milk! So thank you mam

Bottles look good. Bought them as suggested by my health visitor as my child didnt want to drink anything from a bottle. She still doesnt but I will keep trying
I had to phone twice as my order was not received, I eventually convinced them to send my order recorded delivery and it finally arrived. This my not have been their fault but I got the impression that they didn't believe me. They should have delivery option on their website, I would rather pay slightly more for recorded delivery.

Very good products, but postage and packaging costs to republic of ireland are outrageous, twelve pounds to deliver six soothers is ridiculous. So I got them delivered to my sister who lives in London and she brought them over to me. Am pleased with the products though.

Service rating : I'm still waiting for a pack of 3 teats to arrive - they were ordered on June 2nd. Service is extremely slow - I got a confirmation email saying the order is ready for processing but received no further correspondence with shipping / dispatch information = will not be using this service again.
