Service rating : I have bought many mam items and have found that are very good and have not had any problems with themProduct rating : the anti colic bottles teats are shaped in a way that i can breastfeed and bottle feed as i tried other brands which say you can breastfeed and bottle feed with there bottles but my baby has refused to drink from it as the shape of the teat is too wide to go in the mouth, He has not had any problems drinking from the mam bottles.

Not really much to say apart from the items were delivered in good condition. Abit annoyed as the 2 pack handles only cost £1.98 but postage and packaging was £3.99, abit of a con as you can't buy these handles separately in the shops.

Service rating : I ordered the bottle with the fast flow teat for babies of 4months+ however, the teat wouldn't allow any milk to pass through it. I bought this bottle to help my baby stop being so frustrated at not bring able to get his milk quickly enough, this bottle made him even more frustrated as he was sucking away and couldn't get any milk.Product rating : See above.

I bought a product I had a problem with, contacted MAM they resent me an item to replace the faulty one, but even though I told them I have a son they sent me a pink one. I called them to say I need blue, they said they were resenting but I still haven't received anything!
