Service rating : I ordered the bottle with the fast flow teat for babies of 4months+ however, the teat wouldn't allow any milk to pass through it. I bought this bottle to help my baby stop being so frustrated at not bring able to get his milk quickly enough, this bottle made him even more frustrated as he was sucking away and couldn't get any milk.Product rating : See above.

I bought a product I had a problem with, contacted MAM they resent me an item to replace the faulty one, but even though I told them I have a son they sent me a pink one. I called them to say I need blue, they said they were resenting but I still haven't received anything!

I emailed to leave details and my address to send product back but not heard or recived anything. TThe order was not confimed by email i sent 11 emails in total and was replied to in the end by two different people one saying i hadn't paid which i had i hv the papal transaction id and my bank stmnt proving so and the other email saying order will take 4 weeks it was an awful experience important very disappointed and still hvnt received goods

Service rating : Very well laid out website, easy to use and reasonably priced products. May I suggest making a soother tether that uses a popper around little one's wrist. I am moving our daughter into her cot bed for the first time and she keeps spitting the soother through the rails and onto the floor, and the soother clips dig into her as she moves around.Product rating : Having used your self sterilising bottles up u til now, and therefore not having g a steriliser, it would be useful if the baby sized bottles could also be self sterilising

I did find the anti-colic bottles leaked if not put together properly, but much prefer the second stage bottles

Service rating : Had no problems with my orderProduct rating : I was really disappointed with the MAM bottle as It leaked water in when I tried to warm my milk, I researched this problem on the Internet to find that it is a common fault with this bottle, this fault should be made clear when purchasing or at least on the instructions as had I have known I wouldn't have wasted my money!!

Service rating : Great service, delivery arrived within a couple of days. The only down side was that outer box was not discreat in any way having breast pump written on it.
