Arrived with pieces rattling around inside the box, bolts holding the tube holders had come out leaving the tubes floating around freely, luckily no damage. found all the pieces and managed to rebuild the complete unit successfully but reflector plate and defuser fittings very poor.

I expect Lyco to describe their product and its designed purpose to be properly described on their web site. I do not expect to be told I should have read the packiaging and instruction and return the product for credit if it is not suitable for my purpose.
