Helpful staff when you ring up and prompt delivery service. The packaging the bulbs were sent in does seem a little "over the top" and a waste but I appreciate that the goods have to arrive intact

Thank you for your custom and for taking the time to leave feedback, we have tried many different types and quantities of packaging but found the recycled card filled boxes protect the goods and are environmentally friendly too.
