The people we sent the flowers to loved it BUT the bunch of flowers did not look like the picture!
The recipient of the flowers told me that they were the most beautiful flowers she had ever received.
The arrangement I selected was a full bouquet and when they arrived it was 4/5 roses/carnations amongst a sea of greenery - absolutely nothing like the online image. Quite misleading. Luckily the recipient liked them but when I showed her what I selected she was quite shocked. It might be worthwhile updating your online images so they match what you are delivering.
MY ORDER WAS DELIVERED A DAY EARLY
Thanks for the quick turnaround. The flowers brightened up her day!
A very sparse bunch was received and contained 4 roses the rest carnations! After complaining the Manager has stated we will receive a 75% refund. The refund is welcomed but I will not be purchasing flowers again through Lily's Florist.
We were disappointed with the delivery (after 7pm and no doorbell rung to alert people the flowers had arrived - especially so late when nobody would be expecting anything to arrive) and advised Lily's florist who refunded the delivery. The delivery refund was appreciated.
Of a very high standard.
Roses were tiny...almost miniature....and bunch was also small . Quite disappointing.
My mum loved the arrangement. She sent me photos of the arrangement and it is exactly as per yr website photo. All who have seen the arrangement commented how beautiful it was. The arrangement is only starting to wilt today ( 10 days) after delivery. Thank u for a beautiful product which has given my mum and others so much joy.
