As much as I liked the box that was sent it did not contain a single orange flower. Not what I ordered!
Was sent a photo and didn't look like advertised arrangement, but there were lots of buds waiting to open so I am sure it would look stunning then.

Mum loved the flowers she said they were beautiful.thank you. I did ask for them to be delivered early that did not happen in case they were out I didn't want them left in the heat.
The arrangement was nice, too many gerberas for my personal taste but overall it was nice.
I paid $65 for a box of flowers. It appears I paid $10 per flower. The two gerberas were wilting. On the website it showed a box of 'stunning orange flower arrangement' with a price tag of $65. There were too many flowers to count in the picture on the website. If this was the premium box then please place the premium price tag next to it. Very disappointed.
The recipient of the flowers said they were beautiful and told visitors 'these flowers were sent by my cousin from Melbourne'. Comments by visitors, according to my cousin, they wanted to take them home!
I am not sure whether I had in fact received the Orange Flower Arrangement as I had purchased but it was lovely anyway. It looked different to what was in the picture on the internet.
Online ordering was straight-forward, but there were a couple of key opportunities to improve customer experience which I would like to share.
For example, the order confirmation email came from "United Florist" and in my text-based mail client "Lily's Florist Townsville" appeared in lieu of "Lily's Florist Newcastle".
Also, it would have been nice to have received a confirmation email or SMS when the delivery had been made so that I could follow-up with the recipient.
You would think a stunning orange bunch would be orange flowers??? There were a few... A little disappointing
