Every time I add something to the basket a pop up window appears which I have to click ok on. I was trying to add multiple items quickly and this pop up window was extremely irritating and slowed me down significantly - enough to make me give up on your website and buy elsewhere. Then I saved the basket to return to buy another time. Unforunately it then kept re-adding every single item from my basket every time I click to look at the basket quadrupling the the number of items I wanted to buy. So I e-mailed in to explain the problem and asked if I could order by e-mail instead. This involved a huge number of e-mails on 8th November going back and forth and involved me obtaining every single product code even though I'd already sent the item, size and price. I was trying to take up your offer that you'd beat better prices elsewhere so I even e-mailed in my list of prices I found elsewhere for the same items at a cheaper price. It basically wasted a lot of my time and involved a great deal of irritation. If you weren't one of the few companies that sell the specific things I was looking for (Polish/English H&S signs) and had the biggest range (easier to buy in one place) I would have bought elsewhere. I am not keen to use your website again until the e-commerce basket facility is improved. This needs some serious work and I'm certain is resulting in a loss of potential sales for you if your visitors are leaving the website mid basket adding.... The pop up window simply confirms to users that the item has been added to the shopping cart and you're probably the first one who has found it to be a nuisance. Also if you were interested in placing an order for a large number of signs then we'd recommend you use the Quick Order facility which is built for exactly this purpose. The huge number of emails were simply because your initial requirement was very vague and our customer service team were simply doing their job well by ensuring you were ordering the correct products. Its unfortunate that you have given us bad feedback due to your lack of understanding of your requirements and lack of patience with our personnel who still ensured you got all the products you were after correctly. Product rating : Product on rather flimsy plastic - expected better quality. Read more	The delivery charges are £5.99 for a signed for Fedex next day delivery service. We understand this might seem a lot given that your order was only for 2 small signs worth under £5. However, big or small we still provide a signed for delivery on orders.
