Service rating : From the time of booking the holiday and the actual holiday to arriving home we received excellent service, with no complaints whatsoever. Pick-up from the airport to the hotel and vice versa was first class.Product rating : The standard and service was very good, staff very friendly. Only one slight criticism was the TV was only available in Spanish and no English news could be accessed.

Food aimed at Spanish tastes - excellent quality but if you want fish fingers and burgers go to the main part of the resort. 2nd visit and will go again - that's not usual for me at all.

Naika apartments need upgrading, rooms tired and kitchen facilities very basic. Studio apartment was quite small but balcony reasonably sized. Although basic, service was good i.e. towel/bedding changed regularly.

Service rating : We were told by Lastcheck over the phone that we would not be able to check in online for our outbound flight but when we arrived at the airport Thomas Cook informed us that this was not the case and we needed a printout that Lastcheck seemingly had not provided. Thomas Cook were able to sort this issue out for us but it was an annoyance to not be able to check in online, especially when it turns out that we could have.Product rating : The hotel was clean, modern, well appointed and conveniently located. The staff were friendly and helpful and the holiday overall was wonderful.

Service rating : Have tried every other website and last check always comes out as the cheapest price for hotel dealsProduct rating : My wife and I have been to the hotel Deloix 18 times since 2005 And in our opinion is the best and most stylish hotel in Benidorm we are always made welcome by all the staff And we cannot fault anything . Yes it's a bit out of the way but the bus stops right outside the hotel and there is plenty of nightlife 5 minutes away such as The Tropical , Rachaels , Rock n Roll Bar and the newly opened Showboat all showing top class entertainment . We will be back at the Deloix in the near future

Service rating : The service from lastchecker was goog no pain.Product rating : restaurant in the hotel was dirty, food rashined in to very small porions, drinks were also rashined one per person, staff in the bar area were rude. This was very painfull expirence. The pool was very nice, plenty of chair loungers, the grounds of the hotel was nice and clean, room was clean and simply furnished. BECAUSE OF THE RESTAURANT AND BARS YOU SHOULD NOT SELL THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE ELSE

A little too far from beach & town (20-25min walk) however there is a free bus provided by the hotel.
