Be Live Villas Mirador de Lobos and Golf

Service rating : Everything ran smoothly. Only problem was distances to beach and main street were shown alot less than they actually are takes about 40 mins to walk and with young children its not easy especially as most of the paths are in such a bad condition.
Product rating : Very clean villas lovely staff.

Club Mac Alcudia

Product rating : We stayed in Club Mac from the 19/5-24/5/'13 We got 5 nights all inclusive for 2 people for 370 euro, which we thought was good value for what we got..the rooms were spacious enough and basic, towels were changed every day and bed's dressed,if you needed sheets changed you let the cleaning ladies know. The bathroom could do with a good wash down as it looked a bit grubby.The complex is very well maintained. We were there without children,but could see that there was plenty of entertainment for them.while we enjoyed our stay we felt it was really for families with children. I would recommend this holiday for families with children

Product rating : It is a nice hotel, the food is excellent. Entertainment is more for the older people, after 60 years old, but probably it is because we were in May. The rooms are clean and they clean them every day. For this money it is really nice.

Internacional II Apartments

Service rating : had problems with the verify by visa. contacted the helpline who were fast and efficient and assured me straight away that my booking had gone through. Great service.
Product rating : Stayed self catering. apartments were clean, area was quiet at night time perfect for small children sleeping. entertainment in complex was excellent

Product rating : Hotel Da Rocha is without doubt the best place we have stayed in in Praia Da Rocha and it was our 5th trip. The staff are friendly and helpful. the hotel is spotlessly clean and so very centrally located will be booking this hotel again for our trip in September

Service rating : I asked the lady I spoke to ask for a room above floor 4 at the hotel I was staying. I asked her twice to do this and she said she would. Went I got to the hotel I was on floor one due to 'no' requests being given. I will definitely use last check again and would recommend my friends to use it.
Product rating : Really enjoyed the hotel except for the breakfast, as the 'hot' breakfast was cold no matter what time I went to breakfast. You can hear everything in the room next to you especially when they go to the toilet and flush it. (I thought my cistern had collapsed a few times)!! I will definitely go back to the hotel and would recommend my friends to go there.

Cerro Malpique

Service rating : Very efficient.
Product rating : The apartments were excellent: modern, spacious and well maintained. Kitchen was well equipped. Bathroom was large and had a shower, bath and bidet. There was always plenty of hot water. Cleaning service and fresh towels supplied regularly. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We had the superior apartment and felt it was excellent value for money: we couldn't fault it.The only minus was that it was a very steep climb back to the units after a trip out for meals, exploring etc.If you are fit and don't mind a climb or are willing to use taxis it's a great place to stay.

Boston

Service rating : I had to change my dates last minute due to unforeseen events. I was unable to change my accomodation which I understood but when I asked to change my transfers I was advised that this was not possible for outward journey and was given a rediculously early time for the way back. Friends of mine were on both transfers and there were up to 24 free seats available on the bus. I had already paid for my transfers but ended up using public transport.
Product rating : No complaints happy with accomodation.

Product rating : The accommodation was very good. Only problem was parking of the car. Spaces were not available. Breakfast and spa facilities were very enjoyable.
