Service rating : they always give good and prompt servie and if I have had to ring them staff are very knowlegeable aout the products.Product rating : There was an issue with the sizing of these which was noted on the online ordering site. However I did have to order another pair after trying to cope with a smaller size thinking it would stretch as slippers usually do.
Service rating : I have always had good service from Landsend but sometimes the clothes are little hit and miss. Sizing can be 'interesting'.Product rating : At last some jeans from Landsend that fit. Fabric quality not as good as previous pair 2-3 years ago though.

I am very concerned that sizes should not get any bigger, I used to be a Standard Small, I'm now a Petite XS (and I haven't shrunk!) and if you continue to increase your sizes I will fall off the scale and will stop purchasing from you.
Having waited three weeks for my order I phoned to find out what had happened. After looking into it my order had been sent to the wrong depot and left there. I had to wait a few more days before I received it.

Service rating : Very helpful when I need advice and usually everything is excellent but my most recent order of cord pants has not pleased me as they are not wearing well and I think the material is not up to your usual quality. Lightweight for the summer (should we have one) but enough warmth in them for early mornings and evenings.

Excellent service. Don't quibble re any complaints. Generally very impressed. Only complaint is with courier who on 3 occasions has thrown my parcel over the side gate when I've been out. I could've bee on holiday and the parcel would've been exposed to the elements for an unacceptable length of time.
